Riot CrossFit strives to be the premier facility for health and wellness in the Kentuckiana area. At our gym, we see people, not numbers. For us, "How much can you squat?" becomes "How much can you squat well?" We focus on quality over quantity and strive to conduct every class, every appointment, and every relationship with integrity, respect, and unwavering support for our members and employees. Everyone with a positive attitude and desire to work hard is welcome: there is no one who is "too old" or "too out of shape" or "too (fill in the blank)" to join our crew.
